A member of the B group who took a tumble on the descent from Sally Gap Sunday morning is today recovering in Tallaght Hospital. After a good morning climbing in brilliant sunshine it was a salutary lesson on the dangers inherent in our sport. We were fortunate to have had the assistance of other club members, two motorcyclists and a passer-by who had first aid experience and the club would like to thank them for their aid until the ambulance arrived. Also, a sincere thanks to the paramedics who looked after him and brought him to Tallaght.
