We had a good hard training ride last week as a backdrop to settling in for the winter. This week we have a much easier test. Flat and leisurely trip to Dunlavin where coffee is optional (I’ll leave that to you guys to decide). Nice sociable spin down to the R448 were we might pick up a bit of a tail breeze to take us to Kilcullen. Left turn towards the Curragh but slip right to South Newbridge and everyone should be ok for upping the pace back to Naas.
God! Even writing it makes me want to get the bike out right now!
But remember its winter training and as such will be a bit more laid back. Distance is only 54km, weather should be fine, no sign of rain so should be a good day.
