A lot of c group are doing the Kilkenny cycle on Saturday so might be a bit tired on Sunday. However I’m sure all the summer training should be standing to us and we should be able for 110k on Saturday and a 95km on Sunday. So lets go!
An easy ride to Kilcock with a probable tailwind will get us started. Before we stretch the legs to Knockanally and Prosperous and Allenwood. Heading for Rathangan and the Wall. Just to give us a taste of the Tour of Kildare. Then an easy ride back to Naas. For easy riders wanting a shorter route back. They can turn at Allenwood after the coffee break and head back to Naas.
