So close to Christmas now, its frightening! 4 weeks only!
But the weather has been great for cycling and long may it last. I’m not sure of the weather this weekend, but all I know is… it wont be warm and balmy!
So dress for the harsh and remember. We are cyclists!! the weather is neither here nor there! We ride our bikes no matter what!!
The women’s group prompted me on this trip. I love that route to Straffan. Its fast and flat and through the by-roads of North Kildare to Prosperous and that lovely buzz out to Allenwood and our favorite coffee stop. On to Kilmeague and the rolling road to Naas. A true delight!
I will be on the ride this week, to prevent any more leakage to that mercenary group of B’s. You can take our cream riders but you will never have me !!!

Bring your money for coffee and a bun, your drinks, your ICE id and your mudguards. We wont INSIST you use mudguards but we will let your tyres down if you don’t, we won’t help you if you puncture and if you fall off we will just roll you into the ditch to be collected by a friendly motorist passing by.
