Inbetweeners spin Saturday 22nd November

This week our spin will take us out through Newbridge,
across the Curragh for a coffee stop in Rathangan, on
to Allenwood right at Dagwells Cross past Mondello
through Caragh and back to Naas.

Pace for this group is 20/23 Kph. A nice
and steady pace suitable for anyone progressing
from the Failte group or returning cyclists or if you
just want a Saturday spin in a controlled and safe
environment.

Group and club rules must be adhered to at all times.

Remember I.C.E. contacts/road id, and money for coffee.
