Its April so we are nearing the club racing scene, the Mondello Series and the TTs. This is our final spin for the moment – just under 50 Miles and we do part of the Tour de Foothills in reverse. Most of the 700m+ climbing is squeezed into a 25km stretch between Dunlavin and Donard; the rest is mostly flat and suitable for good group riding practice.

Bring food/drink and the usual safety stuff as this should be a challenging route, lots of twists, turns and lumps, taken at about 30km+ or thereabouts. Home in time for “De Ronde,” one of the really great races in the cycling calendar.
