This week we cycle part of the forthcoming Tour of Kildare. We head first to Straffan and then the Maynooth road, turning for Rathcoffey and Prosperous. We are now on the TOK routethrough Kilmeague over The Hill of Allen, Boston Hill and Dunmurray Hill and onto Kildare Town for Coffee. We return through Nurney and Narraghmore.
