This is a leisure group open to ladies with good road etiquette.

 

Winter average distance 40k – 50k

Summer average distance 50k plus

Average  speeds of 20-23km

 

Starting at K Leisure car park (back car park) Saturday morning at 9.30am

 

Group captain (Vice captain in absence) calls routes.

All must adhere to captains instructions during spin.

 

Group members should carry the following on every spin.

Spare tubes, tyre levers, pump, small multi tool, Mobile phone, food, drinks, emergency cash.

Must have full mudguards during the winter.

Must have In Case of Emergency details (ICE)
