An Post Tour of Sligo

Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership is delighted to announce that the An Post Tour of Sligo is back form another year and will take place on Sunday 8th May 2011. This is a wonderful opportunity to encourage increased leisure cycling while also promoting Sligo as a cycling destination for visitors. This cycling event is all about:

Participation, Fun and Sporting Challenge

The event will involve four different routes and will hopefully accommodate a wide range of cycling interests, including the leisure cyclist, family cycling and of course seasoned/ experienced cyclists.

The Hazelwood Family Spin – 10km
The Lough Gill Circuit – 60km
The Innisfree Tour – 100Km  (New for 2011!!)
The Ox Mountain Challenge – 160km
