This Year we have 3 routes:- 

120k over the Gaps 

50k over the Foothills

20k over the Canal Bridges 

Registration online or on the morning of cycle

  • Refreshments in Laragh

  • Support Vehicle

  • Neutralized for 20k

  • Showers and refreshments at Finish

Entrance Fees: €25 for adults on the 120 & 50km, €15 for youths (under 16’s) on the 120 & 50km,
€10 for adult and €5 per child up to a maximum of €20 per family on the 15km cycle.
ALL proceeds are in aid of Saplings School for Children with Autism Building Fund so please try and support a worthy cause.
