2.5 hr non-stop training spin this week. This is NOT a beginners group.

Quite flat but there will be some strong winds so this will be harder than it looks, especially in the final hour. So we will keep a steady 29-30kmh pace before doing some efforts in the second half of the spin. Please bring food/drink and all the other necessary stuff for a spin. Great turnout last week so hoping to keep it similar this week
