Looks like a lovely weekend of cycling coming up.
With a lot of lads doing the `Falling Leaves on Saturday, cutting the route to 95 km seemed prudent.
From Naas we are taking the TOK route to Kilcock and heading over to Enfield and Johnstown Bridge and back through Derrinturn, Hill of Allen and home via Newbridge.
I’m still out of action so Hugh and Shane will be in the driving seat for the day.
Remember, if there is an ‘eyeballs out’ on the Newbridge road, it should be orderly and respectful of the group. Sit-up is on top of the motorway bridge and all ‘sprinters’ should wait for a regroup and ride into Naas together. I realise this is not what has been our normal practice . But I think its something we should adopt as we head into Autumn/Winter cycle.
Enjoy the trip and keep safe
