Over the last few weeks we have had to change our routes due to the weather conditions. This weekend the weather looks more favourable. It’s now the middle of February and the Tour de Foothills is only six weeks away. With this in mind we will be lengthening our spins in preparation and heading for the hills in March. So Stradbally is back on this weekend with the added delight of The Windy Gap to get our legs used to climbing again. TG
